Locus typicus: Gharian plateau (Libyen)


Description

Resembles strongly C. alceae. For determination an analysis of the genitalia is necessary.

Distribution

Northern Africa (Lybia, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco), southern Spain and Portugal. 


Flight time

Several generations.


Ecology and habitats

Poorly known, probably similar to C. alceae. Can be found in agricultural areas and gardens.


Hostplants

Few observations (Malvaceae).
